FMT was created to provide a source of information for improved health, fitness and performance. Fraser, founder, specialises in physical preparation to enhance sports performance and his experience coupled with a scientific approach to training ensures client objectives are achieved.

Fraser's obsession with performance began with rugby - growing up with the game made him understand the correlation between training, eating right and on-field performance. As an adult, Fraser switched to the Olympic sport of Judo, and is currently a competitive black belt.

 “I want to get as many people as I can to achieve their goals. In my job I provide direction to groups or individuals who train hard to achieve their targets, nothing gives me more satisfaction than providing an intervention that allows a client to maximise their effort and achieve their goals.

My journey as a fitness professional began as a gym instructor and since that first shift of work ten years ago I have progressed ‘through the ranks’ and accumulated a wealth of experience which is underpinned by an academic background. In the infancy of my career I completed internships both in the UK and USA to expose myself to best practice and develop a unique blend of knowledge. Experience has taught me that maximising athletic potential requires not only an all-out physical effort, but also an intelligent choice of training methods. That is what I want to share with you.

I understand that there is a mass of information on the internet and new fitness fads coming out each month, making it difficult to determine what works from what doesn't. The aim of FMT is to supply only information that is tried and tested and backed by science and experience, giving you the tools to maximise your potential. While it’s too long a list to write down all the training courses and specialist weekends I’ve attended, I’ve included my primary qualifications below for your information.
