• I’m looking for some help with my training. I know that I am supposed to dedicate a certain amount of time to fat loss but I have a hectic schedule! Most weeks I will be doing well if I can fit in three 30minute of exercise in the week and then an hour in the weekend. Any suggestions? Helen.

Helen,

 

 You will not loose fat with 3x 30mins of training in a week unless your diet is perfect. And by the sounds of things, I imagine it’s not. FMT is about helping those people that are self motivated and want to improve. You need to prioritise what’s most important. So have a think Helen: what’s more important, your health? Or (I’m assuming why you are busy) your work?
